WHAT I NOTICED…
I was struck by the journey Hannah has been on and the progress she has made. As she explored her Parts I noticed the differing positions of these Parts and the tension that this creates inside for her.
I was aware of the huge compassion for both the Part who doesn’t trust and the Part who has lied in the past. I had a Part who wanted to come in and rescue and sooth the sadness. I had to work hard to ask this Part to settle back as I knew Hannah would be best placed to meet their needs.
WHAT I’D DO DIFFERENTLY…
There was a key polarisation between the Part who doesn’t trust and the Part who lies. I would have liked to have made this more explicit.
My system reacted to the Part being called the Lying Part. I had a Part who felt this was unjust and although this may have been ‘my stuff’ I would have preferred to have checked in with Hannah to see if the Part may have wanted a different name.
Since the session, Hannah has noticed a greater sense of grounding within herself. "This is incredibly important work and I'm excited to continue exploring and deepening my understanding of myself and others".

HEY THERE!
In case we haven't met yet, I'm Celia, a therapist and course creator who helps smart, sensitive women all over the world do the deeper work so they can finally be at peace with food, their body and themselves.
I am super creative and love learning new ways to share what I know, so that women no longer have to carry the toxic stories they have been told about their bodies and about their place in this world. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than witnessing a woman heal and step into her light.
I also share my passion for the Parts Work approach with other therapists, so they too, can integrate this compassionate, holistic and deeply transformative approach into their practice.
