TOGETHER WE CAN
Review and discuss your cases through a Parts Work Model, exploring different approaches and strategies so you can best meet your client’s needs.
Reflect on your experience with particular clients, what arises within you and consider how this may affect the work.
Explore your own system of Parts, identify their qualities and gifts, offer gratitude and focus on self care.
Identify areas of strength and areas for improvement and set goals for further development.
Develop insight from a place of curiosity and openness, and consider how your experience informs who you are and how you relate to others and the world around you.
"Celia couldn't have been more helpful, offering a wealth of information based on her holistic and compassionate approach. For anyone supporting someone with disordered eating - professionals, carers or family members, I would highly recommend consultation with Celia. It's incredibly reassuring to have support from someone so experienced and knowledgeable in this area. "
HEY, I'M CELIA
I'm looking forward to supporting you
After overcoming my own challenges with Disordered Eating and through my work as a Disordered Eating Specialist, Therapist and Consultant, I've developed a compassionate and holistic approach to working with Disordered Eating.
Given how increasingly common it is to use food and a focus on the body to manage experience, if you are working with clients, you are likely to be working with Disordered Eating. Even for the most experienced professionals, working with Disordered Eating can bring uncertainty, fear, frustration and self doubt.
I'm here to share what I know and to guide you to explore both your client's and your own internal world so you can offer the best possible care to your clients and yourself, as you do this purposeful work.
"I recently had the pleasure of a consultation with Celia. Her insights, confidence and knowledge felt transformative to my work. She brings with her a calming, playful and non judgemental energy that helped instil confidence in me. The session felt very comfortable and informative. I would highly recommend Celia to anyone seeking guidance and support."
