IFS GROUPS WITH CELIA CLARK

Deepen Connection With Your Parts...

Discover the secrets of your internal world and connect with the Parts of you who focus on food and the body. Whether they drive emotional eating, binge eating or chronic dieting patterns, IFS Groups will support you to get to know these Parts using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the powerful 'Drawing into Self' process created by Ruth Culver.

Sessions include IFS meditations, Drawing into Self experientials and time for reflection, all surrounded by gentle group energy.

Internal Family Systems is a compassionate, strengths based model that brings healing, balance and transformation, empowering the Self, with all its creativity and wisdom, to take leadership of the internal system.

As you tap into the wealth of this internal resource, you can heal the hurt and fragmented Parts of yourself that so often drive challenges with food and your body.

Join us and experience a supportive, compassionate community as you explore, grow and get to know your Parts.

All Parts are welcome!

These groups offer space to:

Learn about your internal family of Parts

Explore your internal world with confidence

Cultivate self compassion

Reconnect to the wealth of your inherent creativity and wisdom.

Join us and embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier relationship with food, your body and yourself.

DRAWING INTO SELF

Drawing into Self is a comprehensive externalisation method for doing IFS with individuals and groups, devised by Ruth Culver. It combines the IFS protocol with guided somatic mark-making, using pastel or chalk crayons on paper.

By following the somatic energy of parts, Drawing into Self develops embodied connection, and often reveals subconsciously-held information. It offers a way to work with multiple parts within the system, bringing clarity and reducing overwhelm. It supports easier unblending and builds relationships between parts and Self, and offers an accessible way for people to continue connecting with their parts outside the therapy room.

No skill is needed, just than the ability to scribble and curiosity to explore. There is no goal to 'make art' - the drawing is abstract and simply a result of the IFS process.
