A focused deep dive to map your internal world and understand the roots of your eating patterns.

In this extended session, we’ll:

  • Map out your Eating System and the parts that show up around food

  • Explore the fears, roles and protective strategies these parts hold

  • Identify the core beliefs carried by your younger parts 

  • Clarify what’s keeping you stuck and what needs attention for healing to unfold.

 

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your inner world and detailed notes to support integration.​
